Rules - Everyone Read!

These are simple. However this is not simple if this is your first forum you have been to but still read these rules. I advise all guests, members & even staff to read these.
Respect
1) At Net Slum we try to prevent those who are rude to constantly swear, act like a klutz and above all, be mean. I expect much from you here in Net Slums.
2) If asked to rephrase a sentence or so by another member. ATTEMPT so and do not give up by saying I can't. If you really cannot then another member may reply to that topic (if he/she desires so) and will correct you in a polite way.
3) Any arguements that are seen outside (or too fiesty) of the debate board will be taken to PM.
Communicating
1) Before you start making a topic, always search for it so you do not copy it.
2) Bumping is not allowed unless requesting via PM admin.
3) Do not double post. If you by any chance do and tell us your internet is messed up. I'll allow it. But ether way I will delete the second post if it is a double.
